The desert and tropical locales have been among my most favorite places to visit. The lively colors both invigorate and relax me and I find incredible beauty in the vistas and in the indigenous flora and fauna. Painting these scenes in my Minnesota studio always provides a welcome escape during our cold winter months. This is the feeling I hope to impart to the viewer as well.
